Second Chance Discount is built by Built by Shadow (trading name of Haych
Digital Ltd). The app works on all Shopify plans that support checkout
extensibility, including Shopify Plus. It runs natively through Shopify's
checkout UI extensions and web pixel — no theme code changes are required.

## What We Do Not Do

Second Chance Discount does not:
- Modify theme files or inject scripts into the storefront
- Collect personal customer data beyond what Shopify provides
- Use third-party cookies or external tracking
- Replace or compete with Shopify's native discount system
- Provide cart abandonment email recovery (this is checkout-stage only)

## Pricing

Second Chance Discount offers four plans. All plans include full analytics,
A/B testing, order tagging, CSV export, and unlimited checkout tracking.
Plans differ only by the number of rescued orders per month:
- Free: 50 rescued orders/month, no credit card required
- Growth: $99/month, 200 rescued orders/month
- Scale: $249/month, 600 rescued orders/month
- Unlimited: $499/month, no rescue cap
